General Terms

These Terms of Service apply to both personal and commercial use, and will use humanoid characters as a reference for prices.

Estimated time in between the order and final product can range from one to three weeks, but it can be shorter or longer.

Once the client sends their order, they automatically accept that the final product is a digital good, and that they have read these Terms.

Payment

Payment is upfront and via PayPal or through the Artistree form.
Only for Chile: I accept bank transfers via Mach or BancoEstado.

Notify the artist when the payment is sent. Once received, the artist can begin the sketching process.

The artist does not accept other forms of payment (video game currency, gift cards, crypto...)

Prices aren't negotiable, discounts are only applicable if the artist announces them publicly in advance (and are not negotiable).

If the product does not involve a humanoid character (example: a pet, or an object), the price will be calculated off the complexity and style.

The only case possible for a refund will be if the artist cannot keep working due to other circumstances. In that case, the refund will always be 90% of the original deal.

Usage

According to chilean law, (use translator if necessary), the creator of the piece (the artist) becomes the owner as soon as they bring the piece into existence.
This does not mean that the artist owns the subjects depicted, unless its specified.

Do not claim to be the original artist, and credit them whenever is possible.

The artist does not consent for any type of artwork to be minted into a NFT, or to be used for AI training.

Non-commercial commissions do not allow for commercial usage, such as merchandise like prints, apparel, etc.

Commercial commissions have an extra fee that varies off usage:

• Merchandise, such as stickers, apparel, prints; 35% off the total price.
• Promotional material; 15%-25% off the total price (depending off how many times its going to be used, like just for one particular event, or permanently).
• Bigger projects, such as multiple illustrations, comic making, or book illustrations; 10% off the total price per illustration, must be over 3.

Examples:
Full body in style A, with 2 characters and complex background = 44 USD, + merchandise use (35%) = 59.4 USD
4 serial illustrations: 1 full body in style A; 3 half bodies in style A, all with 2 characters = 33 USD + 10% + (27 USD + 10%) *3 = 125.4 USD

If the commercial commission does not apply to the before established, the extra fee may be discussed, and it must be over 10% the total price.

Blacklisted themes:

The artist understands that NSFW content involves pornography, erotic displays, or otherwise sexual content in nature (this does not inherently mean nudity). The client must be 18 or older to ask for such content.

The artist understands that NSFL content involves mentally scarring content, involving but not limited to gore, body horror, and certain fetishes (usually consensual but not sane or safe). The client must be 18 or older to ask such content.

I can reject any project for any reason including no reason, but for clarity; I won't accept requests with any of these topics:

• Propaganda/Hate Art
• Mecha characters
• Art regarding themes like incest, paedophilia, grooming and non-con. This includes nude minors, even if the context is not sexual.
• IPs that do not allow for commissions of their content.
• In the context of NSFW; erotic displays of gore, use of fecal matter, urine and/or vomit in a sexual way, birth scenes, misogynistic themes, detransitioning, feral or non-intelligent animal characters.
